Jon Walker is US born photographer based in New York City. He discovered a love for poetry in high school before attending Vassar College. In 2015, he learned to develop and print black-and-white film in the darkroom, quickly falling in love with street photography. By 2016, he was hand-processing color film in his parents' basement sink and sharing his work on Instagram as kingofkodak.

In December 2019, Jon self-published Water for Wildflowers, a collection of his photography paired with an original poem.
